The House
Located in the small community of Esperanza, less than a 15-minute drive to the beach of Guiones, Avila, with its sister house Zuma, is an independent 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom non-furnished house, ideal for long term renters with their own furniture.
Owners will consider furnishing if you are interested in renting it as such, with a minimum of three months required.
The upstairs includes two bedrooms with French doors onto a covered terrace, two bathrooms, a kitchen corned with bar counter, equipped with a fridge and an electrical stove, and a living room. Stairs will take you downstairs to a one-bedroom unit with its private bathroom. This unit can be rented separately, as it has a private entrance, but kitchen facilities will be limited to a sink and a microwave.
A large garage can accommodate 2 cars, and there is a laundry closet in the garage, hooked up for a washer and dryer.
The development where the house stands is being developed and a community pool is being built.
The neighboring lots are already built and, at this time, there is no construction going on around the house.
The village of Esperanza is at a 5-minute drive and offers a super market, a bakery and a fish store. Just beyond this is the world-famous Nosara Yoga Institute and the beach of Guiones, a very most popular surfing beach in Costa Rica. Many other activities are available in Nosara and the area, such as river tours, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, canopy tours and more. Deep-sea and sport fishing are another 15 minutes away towards the village of Garza.
