It consists of a duplex, with two studios sharing a wall. They can be rented together or separately.
Each unit is fully air-conditioned and has a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bathroom, a living room with a couch. Table and chairs allow outdoor dining. Both units are secured with bars on the window and a safe inside.
