The House On the beach of Pelada, this beautiful villa can sleep four persons. The house is completely furnished with locally-made wooden furniture and with a careful design and selection of items, the owner has created a home with comfort in mind! A/C in every room, a washer and a dryer are only a few of the amenities available.
Located in a residential area, at only a 5-minute walk from the pristine and almost deserted beach of Pelada, it is also conveniently located at an additional 10-minute walk from the surfers' beach of Guiones.
Nature lovers, you will be able to observe wildlife and birds from the porch of the house, or by just walking around the area. The river of Nosara is around the corner, as well as the Nosara Biological Reserve.
Surfng, horseback riding, river tours, bird watching and botanical tours are all within a short walk, as are 5 restaurants including the only two located on the beach, as well as a grocery store and a surf shop.
