The House
A brand-new condominium, only a couple of minutes from the surfers' beach of Guiones, this is the ideal location for anyone looking to enjoy the waves and Nosara.
You will be at a 2-minute walk to the beach, a 1-minute walk to our favorite restaurant, Giardino Tropical, a 5-minute walk to surf shops, more restaurants, bank, medical center, and shops.
Security is at its best with a 24-hour guard and gated complex.
The pool is shared with the other units. It is equipped with a cold water Jacuzzi, and a BBQ corner as well as lounge chairs and a table.
The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twins that can be made into a King, and a big couch with a pull-out bed in the spacious living. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom complete the setting.
