The House
A ten-minute walk to the surfers beach of Guiones and only a two-minute walk to the less-known, quiet and beautiful beach of Pelada, where you can also surf!
New house, completed in December 2005, with pool, two bedrooms with A/C, two bathrooms.
Located within a short walking distance to grocery store and surf shop, a couple of bars, and five restaurants including the only two on the beach in Nosara, the famous Olga's and our favorite, La Luna. Full kitchen and amenities, maid service weekly for stay longer than a week.
Please note that the pool will be shared with owners staying in the studio when they are in town.

The Studio
This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size bed and separate bathroom. Rent is also by the week or the month. Can be rented with the house or independently. If rented independently, pool access restricted to times when there are no renters in the main house
