The House
This is the perfect beach house for families or friends who want privacy and walking distance from the beach.
Newly renovated, with 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and a spacious living room, this older house is built in the traditional Costa Rica style, with rich Pochote wood panels and terra cotta floors. Yet it has a modern touch with a new, fully equipped kitchen and remodeled bathroom to will make your stay comfortable.
Who needs a pool when you are only 1-minute walk away from the quiet beach of Pelada? With surfing, shelling, fishing, tide pools, pelicans, birds, this almost-deserted beach will make you believe that you are Robinson Crusoe.
You will relax in a hammock, rocked by the sea breeze and shaded by tall trees. Or you can walk to the river mouth on a jungle trail and enjoy the fishing and bird-watching there.
By the beach, you are within a short walking distance of Olga's bar and restaurant, La Luna restaurant, Pancho's grocery store and surf shop. A few steps further, you will also have access to the beach of Guiones.
