This magnificent house is located on the much-sought-after hill of Las Huacas.
Overlooking the beaches of Guiones and Pelada, secluded and private, the property has a gorgeous pool with rancho and grill and offers two options for rental. The entire property with its three bedrooms, plus a couple of day beds or the downstairs apartment, self contained with own kitchen and private entrance.
Upstairs
A large bedroom and bathroom, queen-size bed, a/c is only one aspect of this top floor, which can barely be called a one-bedroom. The living room is spacious, the fully-equipped kitchen a heaven for gourmet chefs with an incredible gas stove. And every room have an incredible ocean view and open to a wrap-around terrace from which you will enjoy gorgeous sunsets. There is a pull-out couch in the den above the kitchen to sleep one additional adult, but no private bathroom. This upstairs unit can only be rented in combination with the downstairs apartment.
Downstairs
Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen, each with its own bathroom, will accommodate 4 people with an extra sleeping space in the den on a pull-out couch for one person. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a terrace opening directly on the pool, a private entrance, ocean views and sunset complete this beautiful apartment, ideal for a luxurious vacation.
The downstairs can be rented on its own or in combination with the upstairs apartment to sleep six adults.
