A two-story house with a one-bedroom apartment on top and a studio on the bottom. It can be rented separately or as a whole. Located on the main road between the beaches of Guiones and Pelada, it is an ideal place for low budget renters.
The top apartment
Fully air-conditioned, it has a balcony with view of the ocean, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electrical stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, a living room with TV, a bathroom and bedroom, large walk-in closet, pantry with washer & dryer. Bedroom has a queen size bed, a/c, balcony and ocean view.

It also has a/c, and its private entrance, with private deck and hammock and view of the ocean, a spacious kitchen with double hot plate, coffee maker, large walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bed is a queen.
