The House
Magnificent ocean view, spacious and airy house, this is the ideal retreat for a great vacation in Nosara, with plenty of space for lounging and relaxing. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, separated by a large living room, kitchen, and office open space. Downstairs, with a separate entrance, a third bathroom with private bathroom will allow you to have more guests.
The house is surrounded with a wrap around terrace, allowing ocean view or jungle view, depending on your mood, and with plenty of lounging furniture and tables. The large pool has plenty of lounge chairs and sofa to relax and enjoy the sun. An enormous mango tree will allow you to watch the monkeys hanging out or enjoying the juicy fruits.
There is a gated entrance, ensuring better security of the property. A small guest house is located next to the gate, and is rented long term, but does not interfere at all with the privacy of the main house, this one being located on a small hill above and away from the guest house. Tenants of the guests house are not allowed to use the pool or be on the grounds around the main house. The only thing shared between the two properties is the main entrance gate. For more security, the main house is equipped with an alarm and a large safe. Wireless internet will allow you to stay in touch with home, while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful property.
The beach of Guiones is at a 15-minute walk and so are many amenities such as grocery store, surf shops, medical center, bank, souvenirs store, restaurants and night life.
Bedrooms description
The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space and large bathroom, with tub and shower, decorated with blue tiles and accessories that will create an oriental ambiance. There is a view on the tropical gardens, the surrounding forest, and the pool.
The guest room has two full-size beds, and a futon bed, able to sleep 4 to 6 children or 3 adults. Also with ocean view and jungle view, it has its private bathroom with ocean view!
The third room downstairs is completely independent from the main house, with private entrance, and has a king bed and its own bathroom.
