The House
Welcome to the real Costa Rican atmosphere!
This charming house is located in the "barrio" of Esperanza, only a five minute walk to the Yoga Institute and a fifteen minute walk to the surfers' beach of Guiones, yet so real and close to the Costa Rican life.
A bakery across the street, a fish store and a well stocked local supermarket are at only two to three minutes on foot. Your neighbors will be local families with hard working fathers, caring mothers, playful children, Latin music, laughter and farm chickens, it is lively during the day and quiet at night. The house itself is simple but comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a/c in the two bedrooms, hot water, patio furniture, hammocks, safe parking and a closed in yard.

Guest room: 1 set of bunk beds (one twin on top, 1 full-size on the bottom) and 1 full-size bed, a/c, shared bathroom (sleeps 5) Living room: 1 full-size futon
