The House
Located in the small community of Esperanza, less than a 15 minute drive to the beach of Guiones, Zuma, with its sister house Avila, is an independent 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom non-furnished house, ideal for long term renters with their own furniture.
Owners will consider furnishing it if you are interested in renting it as such, with a minimum of three months required.
The upstairs includes two bedrooms with French doors that open onto a covered terrace, two bathrooms, a kitchen corned with bar counter, equipped with a fridge and an electrical stove, and a living room. Downstairs is a one bedroom unit with its private bathroom. This unit can be rented separately, as it has a private entrance, but kitchen facilities will be limited to a sink and a microwave.
A large garage can accommodate 2 cars, and there is a laundry closet in the garage, hooked up for a washer and dryer.
The development where the house stands is being developed and a community pool is being built.
The neighboring lots are already built and, at this time, there is no construction going on around the house.
The village of Esperanza is at a 5 minute drive and offers a super market, a bakery and a fish store. Just beyond this is the world famous Nosara Yoga Institute and the beach of Guiones, a very popular surfing beach in Costa Rica. Many other activities are available in the area, such as river tours, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, canopy tours and more. Deep-sea and sport fishing are another 15 minutes away towards the village of Garza.
