The House
Just 300 meters away from the main road, but still located in a quiet, secluded area, this beautiful and original luxury house has a 10-meter long swimming pool, a 1,400 m2 garden with exotic and native plant. For your security and comfort, the gardener lives on site in his own separate bungalow.
Whether you come to relax and enjoy the Costa Rican nature with your family and friends, or you come to surf with your buddies, Casa Saraina will make you feel at home during your special holidays. Enjoy walking on the teak and bamboo floors, relaxing in a hammock or sipping a cocktail on the terrace or by the pool. You can also walk through the jungle to the rive where you can swim, (with caution) in the natural pools, fish or enjoy the dense and diverse flora and fauna (giant iguanas, migratory birds, coatis, etc).
The 3-story house has a total of four bedrooms with a/c, three and a half bathrooms, large living area, spacious and professionally equipped kitchen, and also offer an amenity package for very young children.
Children are welcome here!
The house has been built with children in mind: All terraces have vertical teak barriers where the head of a young child should not pass (11.5 cm wide between two sticks) - of course, parents' supervision is always a must! One stair-security fence can also be added on demand. Bathroom floors are made of slate, a non-slippery natural stone. A baby bed, a baby chair, a baby park, a bottle heater and a baby call are also available on demand so you can travel lightly. Finally the children will enjoy running on the grass that cover this large property...

Three rental options A) The Full house Four bedroom and three and the half bathrooms. A totally independent property o f1,600 m2 just for yourselves. The 260 m2 house is surrounded by a large teak terrace. It will sleep a maximum of 13 people with three double beds, two single beds, one sofa bed for two, and three extra individual mattresses on the floor, to be added on demand, at an extra cost of $10 per day, per mattress. B) Main house only The house is all yours except for an independent room on the first floor. You share the pool and the garden. It will sleep 11 people with two double beds, two single beds, one sofa bed for two, and three extra individual mattresses on the floor, to be added on demand. C) Studio unit only The independent bedroom has its own private entrance and terrace. You share the pool and garden. Please be aware that you will not be allowed to cook in this unit, but can make toast and coffee. There is a fridge, Coffee maker, and a toaster. Possibility of outdoor cooking if you wish. Personal laundry at extra cost possible, done by maid. It will sleep two persons with a double bed and private bathroom
