The House
Three-bedroom, three-bath house built in 2005, with private, infinity edge swimming pool, this home is located only an 8-minute walk to the Yoga Institute and the surfers' beach of Guiones.
The house consists on 3 separate, round buildings. The center one has the kitchen, with outside bar area, living room, a bathroom and a loft with a queen-size bed. The other 2 buildings each contains a king-size bed and a twin-size bed, private bathroom, with great and private outdoor shower, with a view!
The pool is 16 x 32 feet, with an infinity edge. The location of the house on a hill and ceiling fans in every room allow the house to be cool and breezy. Several retaining walls, some 6 to 10 feet high, and not guard rail make the house not suitable for young children, even under adult supervision.
Weekly maid and pool service included. Cook available on request.
Beach towels NOT provided. House linens provided.
