This large house can welcome up to 10 people. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms. a/c in the bedrooms, large living room and kitchen, nice wrap-around porch with hammocks and plenty of shade.
Its location is ideal within a 5-minute walk to the surfers' beach of Guiones, as well as surf shops, convenience store, doctors, pharmacy, bank, Internet cafe, laundry services, souvenirs and ice cream stores. Night life is only a few step away.
This property will be preferred by surfers, due to its proximity to the beach of Guiones. But Yogis can also find it convenient as the Nosara Yoga Institute, offering public classes daily, and regular teacher training, is at less-than a ten-minute walk.
