The House
Only a 10-minute walk from the beach of Pelada, the house is a duplex with two one-bedroom apartments. Each of these are fully furnished, with private bathroom, a/c and kitchen.
Each apartment has its private entrance and drive-way. The kitchen is equipped with table and chairs, fridge, electrical stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, utensils for two persons. The living area has a large couch and one armchair. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a private bathroom.
The upstairs apartment has a/c in the living room and the bedroom. The downstairs apartment has a/c in the bedroom.

Prices Long term available and preferred. Rate is for each unit. A/C optional at $10 per day, $60 per week, $200 per month A 7-night stay minimum is required.
