The House

This brand-new house is located at only a short five-minute walk from the beautiful and deserted beach of Pelada and another 15 minutes to Guiones.

Beautifully designed, it has all you need for a relaxing vacation, away from the crowds:  pool, a/c, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and, the cherry on the cake, an open living room to truly enjoy the air of Costa Rica!

Bedrooms description

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with spring mattress, private bath, a/c

and French doors opening to the Pool

Second Master has a king-size bed with spring mattress, private bath, a/c and French doors opening to the outdoor living room

Upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with spring mattress on one side and two twin beds with orthopedic foam on the other side that can be put together as a king.  Private bathroom and a/c complete this spacious sleeping room under the roof.
