The House

Welcome to the real Costa Rican atmosphere!

This charming house is located in the "barrio" of Esperanza, only a five-minute walk to the Yoga Institute and a fifteen-minute walk to the surfers' beach of Guiones, yet so real and close to the Costa Rican life.

A bakery across the street, a fish store and a well-stocked local supermarket are at only two to three minutes on foot.  Your neighbors will be local families, hard working fathers, caring mothers, playful children, Latin music and laughter, farm chicken, lively during the day, quiet at night.

The house itself is simple, but comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen, a/c in the two bedrooms, hot water, patio furniture, hammocks, safe parking, closed-in yard.

Bedrooms description

Master bedroom: 1 queen-size bed, A/C, shared bathroom

Guest room: 1 set of bunk beds (one twin on top, 1 full-size on the bottom) and 1 full-size bed, A/C, shared bathroom (sleeps 5)

Living room: 1 full-size futon
