Located at only a 5-minute walk from the popular surfers' beach of Guiones, this house

offers several options:

Rent it as a whole house:

A total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed, to sleep up to 8 persons.

Rent it as two separate units:

- Top apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, large living and corner sleeping area with a sofa bed, and outside terrace. Maximum 4 people.

- Bottom apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, large living room and outside covered terrace. Maximum 4 people.

A/C is available in all three bedrooms

Laundry facilities accessible from both apartments with private entrance.

Upstairs unit has one full bed and a full sofa bed

Downstairs unit has two twin beds and one full bed
