The House
You will be
surprised at the gracious and pleasing use of space. It has the same high-end
construction, teak hardwood ceilings, custom-made tropical wood furniture, and a
spacious, open floor plan.
The kitchen is large enough to prepare a
wonderful meal for two and you can eat in the living area or al fresco, on the
roomy patio with ocean view. Laze in the hammock at the terrace edge and watch
the monkeys and birds.
The bedroom has a “seamless king” that
can be made up as twin beds. The bath is tiled and roomy with plush linens.
There is a washing machine for your convenience (so you can pack light!) and a
secure bodega storage area for laptops and other valuables.
The casita is fully screened with great
cross ventilation, insulated against the sun and has five ceiling fans. There is
a clear sense of privacy and separation from the main house. The casita shares
the gated drive and has the same services for yard, pool and housekeeping as the
main house. Sleeps two persons, maximum.
