Who are we?
We, Jo and Agnes, have been a team in life and business for over 20 years. Our professional experience in the service industry is diverse, and includes such jobs as maitre d', pastry chef, waiter, administration, office manager, carpentry and accounting. We have lived in Nosara for the past five years. We own and manage Villa Mango B&B. We began managing properties at the request of one of our neighbors in August 2005, and have been growing ever since. We will give your house the best care possible and will offer your renters all services, from renting a car to finding a baby-sitter, from filling in the fridge prior to arrival to recommending the best restaurants in town.
Our mission statement We, at Mango Property Management, pledge to... wait a minute! That sounds too serious and boring. Yes, we are professionals and serious about what we do, but we also know how to keep a sense of humor. Every company has a mission statement nowadays, therefore, we thought that we should have one as well. But really, our one and only goal with this company is to have happy and satisfied customers, whether they are home owners or renters.
Working with integrity and honesty, we will do everything in our power to reach this goal. We will never take on more than we can handle, ensuring that you and your property receive the personal attention that you deserve.
Our services We are extremely flexible; though we have a base to rely on for our core services, you may pretty much ask us for anything. If we can do it, we will, or we will try to find someone who can. Below is a sample of what we offer:
