Property Details

  • Category: Three-bedroom house
  • Beds: 3
  • Baths: 3
  • Sleeps: 7

Las Palmas Inclinadas is a three bedroom, three bathroom house located in the central area of Playa Guiones.

It has a lush garden with its classic pool and the typical rancho.

Thanks to its location you don't really need a car.

Walking distance to beach: a few minutes, same as to restaurants and bars and all known activities or offices that organize them.

Everything can be done walking or cycling, maybe the occasional big shopping can be done with a taxi or Tuk Tuk.

The kitchen area is very comfortable and has all the appliances a cook needs.

It is also really well secured with strong bars, a monitored alarm and a safe.

And the owners installed a water backup tank, just in case.

The house has about 2000sqft on a much bigger property with walls all around the garden what gives you a great sensation of privacy.

A great place to shake off the problems of your shoulders and start relaxing.

Private and peaceful

We had wanted a place to stay that was near the beach, but not overrun with people. Las Palmas Inclinadas was the perfect spot for our family of 5 adults while at Playa Guiones. The size of this house, with its 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, supported all of us very well. And, though I had thought we wouldn't need them, we used the patio and--especially--the pool extensively--to cool off and to rest.

Lovely, jungle garden home

A group of us rented the house for the week for a friends wedding party on the beach at Nosara. The house was clean, well set-up, comfortable and very secure. It was artfully decorated and had just the right amenities for our party. It is in a central location in the Nosara area and made walking to many places nearby easy. It is just a couple of minutes from a good swimming beach. The gardens are well tended and provide a nice buffer from the road. The security features actually came in very handy as robberies in the area during our stay didn't affcet us but did affect many others in the immediate area. The house id just right for the climate and conditions there--would rent it again.

Beautiful Beach

We rented this house for a total of six weeks. The house is very nice and has adequate supplies--dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The TV can be uses for watching movies only. There is a video rental very close by which we used daily during the rainy parts of the days. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The best part--the beach is a five minute walk from the house.

Great rental just steps to the beach!

Surf decor galore! If you're looking for a laid back rental just a short walking distance to the surf and sand, this is the place for you! House comes beach ready with 2 boogie boards, 1 beginner surfboard, beach coolers and a COLD beer/beverage fridge for when you get back! Fabulous location and close to just about everything - minisuper, internet, restaurants, and surf shops. If you happen to visit in the rainy season the house is full of videos and music to keep you occupied(if you have kids, b.y.o. videos). We lived here for 5 months and the only thing missing is a pool - but with the ocean so close we spent most of our time there! Great property managers and owners who take good care of their rental. We had many great times in this spacious house and highly recommend it to others. Must visit La Luna beachfront restaurant (friday night sushi), Sarafina (romantic), and Giardino's Tropicale (brickoven pizza). Rosie's Soda Tica is a very famous local restaurant popular for its reasonably priced and delicious breakfast and lunches -- a "must visit" as well.

We stayed there three weeks in July/Aug 2012. The house was wonderful! Comfortable beds, great surf video collection, easy walk to beach and amenities. The loaner long board and outdoor shower were nice additions. Agnes with Mango B&B; property management was very quick to respond to our needs.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Las Palmas Inclinades! Agnes of Nosara Property Management was very helpful both prior to and during our week. We enjoyed the house and pool and we loved it's location. Walking distance to all the great restaurants and very short walk to the beach everyday. We loved Nosara and would definitely recommend this rental.

Las Palmas was a welcome oasis after a harsh winter in the NorthEast. The pool was lovely, the accommodations comfortable, location near everything: a quick 3 minute walk to the beach, town, Harmony Hotel. A short car ride to the Nosara Yoga Institute, and other activities. Agnes and staff were lovely - everything was smooth. What surprised me was the need for so much security: doors locked & gated,a security guard during evening, apparently in response to recent thefts. This was my 4th trip to Costa Rica, 1st time to Nosara. If I were to visit this area I would go after the Rainy season. In March it is very dry, very hot, very dusty, not lush at all. If you're looking for a true Costa Rican experience, I would suggest the Osa Peninsula area, where the beauty of Costa Rica is still visible. Here in Nosara, you hear the howler monkeys at dawn, but don;t see them, or any of the beautiful birds and other wildlife you would see in other parts of CR.

My criteria was: great house, great pool, walking distance to gilded iguana and other restaurants and super close to the beach so I could get a few hours of surfing in before the kids woke up. The property delivered! Agnes was great and very helpful- we had a great trip and the house was perfect if not the best house I have stayed in down in Nosara.
