Perfect for a group gathering, family reunion, weddings, or surf buddies There is plenty to do besides surfing - take a yoga class first thing in the morning at the Yoga Institute next door, shopping for native crafts or go to the beach for early morning surfing. After socializing at the beach area or village come back to your own private peaceful retreat and the quiet of your own lanai. The pool is kid friendly with a gradual entrance at one end. Go sport fishing, ride the zip line through the mountains, or get a excellent massage. You'll find the Costa Ricans are a very happy generous people who enjoy engaging with visitors. Their motto- Pura Vida-Pure Life-Everything is OK ! The village at Playa Guiones has everything you need, a bank, drug store, medical clinic, car rental, gift shops, ice cream store. The rural country roads add to the sense that you are being transported back to a simpler time when we weren't so rushed. In Nosara you have time for yourself and others. In the evening, there is a variety of nightly entertainment that rotates to various bars and clubs. There are many restaurants at all price levels. The mix of residents and international tourists makes for a very interesting conversation and fun. Young and old alike enjoy the diversity of Nosara and laid back friendly pace of the town. The units are approximately one mile from Playa Guiones and you will need a vehicle to thoroughly explore the area Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a/c, shared bathroom. PLEASE NOTE Personal laundry done by maid available at $10 per load with prior arrangement made with property management Housekeeping done on request with laundry of house linens at extra cost of $20 per cleaning unless previously discussed with property management
This was just a slice a paradise. It was clean and taken care inside and out. The property mangment from Mango tree anges and her husband were the best very professional and would rent any of there properties on this experiance alone. I cant wait to go back
Agnes was unable to meet us at the gate house on arrival due to an emergency but was there 20 minutes later. In the interim she arranged for the guard to let us into the unit. The house had all the amenities you will ever need for a vacation, although there were a few things that needed to be replaced she had those addressed the next day. The rest of the property and pool were in excellent condition and well maintained. The gardener/ maintenance person was on site 6 days a week cleaning the pool and watering the lush vegetation We were close to the Yoga Instuitute, the grocery store and restaurant were almost across the street and only a five minute drive to Guiones Beach and village centre. The main detraction to this unit is the owner of unit #4 and his dog. He is supposedly hard of hearing and plays his TV extremely loud until well after midnight every night, with no insulation in the common wall it nearly impossible to fall asleep until he turns it off. The dog barks at all hours whenever there any motion nearby wether other animals or human. I would highly recommend any other unit at arco Iris and plan to return again soon just not to unit #3.
