The top level, completely air conditioned, has a large fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with Satellite TV with doors opening to a large terrace overlooking a private garden. The master bedroom, with 2 full-size beds, has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and large bay windows over the garden. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a private bathroom.
The lower level consists of two separate bedrooms, with private entrance, each with 2 full-size beds, their own bathroom and a/c unit. Each unit can be rented separately but there are no kitchen facilities, only a small fridge in each unit. There is also a laundry room available to renters.
The house is ideally located between the beach of Guiones and Pelada, both within a 5-minute drive or less from the house. You can enjoy the privacy and jungle surrounding while accessing all amenities within a short ride.
We had great time, house was large, but you have 2 queen size bed in each room (4 rooms total) , so if you have more people staying they have to share the bed. Large kitchen with basic equipment. Cleaning lady was great - she came 1x week and did a great job. Pool was very close and no one was really there which was great. About 12-15 min walk to Playa Pelada and about 20 min to Playa Guione. Great Italian ice cream place close by and restaurant la luna which was amazing. The house doesn't have internet but it has a nice size flat screen tv with large variety of channels (Sky cable). Overall we had great time. Agnes and Jo we were nice and pretty quick with fixing little things.
