The top floor includes two bedrooms, each with king bed, and a shared bathroom The middle floor has the kitchen, outdoor terrace, living room. The ground floor has one bedroom with a set of twin beds and bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase into living room
Ground floor also has a garage, surf board rack, laundry room. The house is secured with alarm, security response, video camera. The kitchen is fully equipped, and house linens are provided. The terrace with seating, two umbrellas and barbecue grill overlooks the tropical neighborhood village. The living room has a TV with DVD player and an iPod docking station. Wireless internet will allow you to stay in touch with home. And there are two pools available at two hotels/restaurants close by if you take a nice lunch or some beverage. The house is child-friendly with security gates for the stairs and crib on request
Great location! right next to Guilded Iguana and Surfo's, across the street from Kaya Sol, and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. House has a garage for your Quad rentals, surf board racks, beach shower in garage, great deck/terrace with really nice grill, TV and DVD, WiFi, 3 floors, really cold aC, a safe and alarm system (which allows you to open the front door from any floor...with video of the person at the door!). The house is truly ridiculous! We had 4 surfers, and had borderline too much room. You could easily have 2 couples in the two upstairs master bedrooms (king beds) and 4 singles or kids sharing the bottom floor room. Hope this review helps!
