The entire property consists of a main house with two bedrooms and a one-bedroom guest house on the side (see Casita de la Colinas for more info)
The main house has two bedrooms, well-separated and each has its own spacious bathroom. The master bedroom has a seamless king bed that can be made into twin, a large bathroom and an amazing walk-closet. It has a great panoramic ocean view. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, that can also be set into a king bed, a bathroom and closet space. It is beautifully decorated with murals.
There is a huge, handsome and well-equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area. But you will spend most of your time on the magnificent terrace, with plenty of lounging furniture, including a hammock, and a Guanacaste wood dining table. The house is very comfortable for f
The tropical gardens and forest attract butterflies and birds, including trogons and parrots. A troop of monkeys patrol forest trees close to the houses. The pool has its own kitchenette and gas grill under shade, its own bathroom, and an exotic open-air hot water shower. The house is secured by alarm and security monitoring, has a safe, security bars on all windows and doors and the property is gated.
Depending of your dates and availability, the house and guest house are available as a package. That makes Las Colinas the perfect 'hub' for a magical vacation for three couples or a multi-generation trip.

It was always nice to come home to a clean house and comfortable bed freshly made and we all thank Ceclia. Every thing was amazing from the pool , landscaped yard to the huge covered porch , lovely kitchen and tastefully decorated home . You have thought of everything one might need . Having a vacation rental of our own we really appreciated the attention to detailWe thank you again. We all agree this has been the most relaxing, wonderful vacation we have ever had. The home is wonderful, great views, spacious rooms with beautiful furniture, high quality everything. Pool to die for and views that go on forever. If you don't mind a five minute drive to town this is the best place. Mango Properties provided exceptional service, over and above anything else I have seen in Nosara, they are the best! The only reason I did not give this trip the absolute highest rating was due to the hot water system breaking (for two weeks) the lack of better quality pool furniture and the owners being on site disturbing the total sense of privacy. We will be returning to Las Colinas with anticipation.
The staff and manager where friendly, helpful and prompt. It's a beautiful home. It's a little tough going up and down the hill but the setting made it worth it.
Las Colinas is an amazing property - a truly beautiful home set on the hillside in Nosara. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. My husband and I plan to return to the area and will most certainly rent Las Colinas again.
