RESERVATIONS

Please send all reservation requests and any changes in writing via e-mail or fax. Please follow the Terms & Conditions for the initial deposit and payment in full.

This is important to guarantee your reservation.

HOLIDAY SEASON PAYMENT TERMS

Reservations for the Holiday Season (December 15 - January 15) require full payment at time of reservation. There are no refund on Holiday bookings

PAYMENT TERMS

(for seasons other than holiday)

50% of rental rate, plus $10 wire transfer fee for the banking on the Costa Rica side, is due at time of booking. Final balance, plus $10 wire transfer fee for the banking on the Costa Rica side, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For reservations made within 30 days of date of arrival, payment is due within 48 hrs.

Renter is responsible for any wire transfer fee from the originating bank.

In order to avoid unnecessary wire transfer fee, we advise that you send full payment at the time of booking.

If we do not receive payments required within one week of the sending of the contract, the space reserved will be released. However, we will endeavor to contact the original party before releasing the space and considering the reservation canceled.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be sent to us in writing at villamango@racsa.co.cr

Should the reservation be canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, there will be no refund.

For cancellation done prior to the 60-day time period, refund will be done in full (except for Holiday reservations) minus any wire transfer fees involved

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Wire Transfer. Upon sending of contract, we will send you the information needed by the banks to execute a wire transfer.
