The House
Located on a hill with an ocean view, cool breeze and at a 10 minute walk to the beaches of Guiones and Pelada, this house is in a quiet and safe area and is close to several restaurants and supermarkets.
The master bedroom opens onto a Romeo and Juliet balcony with ocean and jungle views, the large living room opens out onto a spacious, covered terrace and garden, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
There is a BBQ area outside next to an 18 meter long lap pool. The pool is shared with the owners at the main house.
Bedrooms description On the top floor is the master bedroom with one King size bed and the guest bedroom with two twin beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
