One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged around a spacious living room with a comfortable lounging area and a dining table that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second master bedroom, also wheelchair accessible, has another king bed. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, with a bunk bed featuring twin and full-size beds, plus an extra twin bed.

For larger groups seeking additional space and privacy, the property also offers a separate studio with one additional bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. This extra space makes the property an excellent option for extended families, multiple couples, or groups who appreciate having their own independent living area. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 guests, while the main house alone comfortably accommodates up to 10.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of this Nosara retreat. The spacious covered terrace features comfortable lounge furniture and a large dining table with benches, creating the perfect setting for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors. The pool is ideal for swimming laps, unwinding on the submerged seating, or letting children enjoy the shallow area.
